Faulty items will be repaired or replaced after assessment by a master jeweller
Warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the piece
Jewellery must be inspected at least every year (rings) and five years (other jewellery pieces) to maintain coverage
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Loss or theft
Accidental damage or negligence
Normal wear and tear
Natural events (“Act of God”)
